  • I typically do not accept returns or exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of my shop. However, I will refund you if the item is damaged in the mail or if the item is defective. Email me about any issues (justartmd@gmail.com) and I’ll be happy to help!

  • Unfortunately, I am only able to ship items from my website to the US.

  • Yes, I do! However, I currently am only taking commissions for digital drawings. Email me (justartmd@gmail.com) with requests!

  • I ship orders within 2-5 days of purchase.

  • Currently, due to the low weight of each of my products, there is no tracking on any orders. All orders come in a well-sealed envelope.
